A Week of Pictures

I've gotten so behind lately at keeping up with the blog, I think I'd rather just post some photos. So, here they are ranging from Easter highlights to Jaren's first fishing trip today!

Dallin's first real Easter egg hunt!

Having fun on the hunt!

Hanging out at the Columbia River.

Our nicest Easter photo. The boys were too busy looking at a cat.
First catch of the day. Jaren helped reel it in!
Our first catch together. Ahhh.

So Long Montana

Last week, I traveled back to Montana for my last Dr.'s appointment with my OB. I ended up staying there 4 days and I had a lot of fun. When I left the first time, I kind of snuck out without saying goodbye to a lot of people because everything happened so fast and I knew I would be coming back. But this time, it was for real, which was a little sad. While I was there, I ran into several friends on base and visited with a few closer friends to say goodbye. I left on a much better note than I had the first time and I can honestly say that I will miss Great Falls. I will miss my friends and I will miss some of the places our family would frequent over the last 5 years.

Montana really is a beautiful place once you get outside of Great Falls. We didn't do that nearly enough and I regret that we didn't have more time to do fun family outings. So long Montana, maybe we'll see you again later down the road!

Finally Some Fun

Even though Dallin has been feeling under the weather again, we have taken time the last couple of days to go out and do some fun things. Yesterday, my mom , the kids, Eddie and I took a walk to the park where we flew kites, tossed a frisbee around and let the kids play on the outdoor slide (much funner than the indoor ones). It was a lot of fun, even though I wasn't so much a fan of the cold wind. Then today, my dad took us swimming at the gym he belongs to. Dallin clung to me for the first half hour, then I handed him off to my dad in the hot tub where he calmed down and fell asleep very quickly. It was really cute, but I felt kind of bad. He must have been feeling really tired and sick to fall asleep in the hot tub. Either that or my dad has the magic touch.

After Dallin woke up from his nap in the tub, we finally were able to all play in the water and have some fun. I wish I'd taken a picture, but I didn't think to bring my camera into the pool area. Oh well.

Here are some pictures at the park and a video of Jaren having fun with the kite.

Oh, how we've missed Eddie!

A preggo picture for curious eyes.
The boys were having a blast!
Ah, love is in the air!
Just happy to be out!
Our crazy man!
